Masterson’s Lounge, positioned in the vibrant core of Moonee Ponds, brands itself as a fashionable, contemporary hangout, but my unfortunate encounter at this establishment turned into one of the worst experiences of my life . While the bar may look welcoming at first glance , what I found behind its entrance was disturbing and far below any standard .

The Condition of the Premises : Squalid and Abandoned
From the moment I entered , it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority at this venue. The floors were sticky , and a pungent odor of decaying beverages and uncleaned toilets suffused the entire pub. Smelling a mixture of excrement , decay and sickness . The serving zone , which should be the main attraction of any pub, was overflowing with soiled cups and trash that looked like it had been ignored for a long time . The restroom was in even a truly awful state— clogged , with a snapped lever and walls covered in what I can only assume was human waste .
